Hello doctor,

I am 20 years old and I have dandruff on the scalp. I also suffer from too much hair fall. Please suggest some ayurvedic remedy.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • Nowadays, hair fall is a common problem. We should give an attention to this, as the causes may differ from person to person.
  • Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, malnutrition, etc.
  • Daily hair fall of about 100 strands of hair is normal.
  • If it is more than that we have to take care of it.
  • Yours is dandruff problem, so make sure that you clean your scalp daily.
  • Durdurapathradi keram 50ml and kayyanyadi keram 50ml, take equal quantity of both these oils and make it a little warm and apply it on your scalp and massage. Leave it for 30 minutes. After that take a hair wash with green gram powder or mild shampoo. Dry off the scalp and do combing. Follow this for a month.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Have a good sleep every day.
  • Consume a balanced diet.
  • Have 2 gooseberries every day.
