Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 35 years old. My height is 5'10" and weight is 68 kg. A month before, I got married. Suddenly, I realized that my penis is not strong enough for sex. I used to masturbate for the past 15 years and have nightfalls too. My testosterone level is 5.54. I took Tadalafil 4 tablets, but I was not benefitted. Please advise.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

  • From the available description it appears that you are suffering with performance anxiety, which is common with inexperienced persons.
  • At this moment I advise you a few things. Spend long time with foreplay and leave aside the vaginal intercourse for one week and enjoy other means of sexual pleasure.
