I would like to know the medicines to avoid pregnancy as we had unprotected sex five days back and she forgot to take pills. Now, we want to get rid of this unwanted pregnancy. Please guide.

She is a little late to take emergency contraception too. May I know in which day of cycle is she in? Anyway, she can take I-pill now also even if it may not have 100 percent effect, but there is no harm taking it. Otherwise, in such situations ask her to try taking it within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. As of now, I can help you this much only. Rest can be predicted once she misses her cycle. If she is able to tell exactly which day of her cycle she is in then I can tell the possibility.
