Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 34 year old male. I am suffering from numbness in my hands and toes. I also have wheezing. I am getting moderate chest pain and cough when I take a full breathe. I feel heavy over my chest. My body feels like burning, but also freezing under comforter. I have entire body pain and fatigue. I had the same last night. Do you have any ideas about my problem?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. I have carefully gone through your query.

Based on the symptoms you described, it seems to me like a viral condition that has also affected your neuromuscular system. It is possible that the respiratory system was the entry point for this infection.

There are several viruses and bacteria that can cause atypical infections that are not clearly understandable. As a result, lung auscultation may be negative.

Considering your symptoms of cough, body ache, chest pain, fatigue, and fever, the most probable diagnosis is a viral infection, possibly a form of flu.

I would recommend undergoing some tests to gather more accurate information about what is happening in your body. A complete blood count, blood sugar level, liver and kidney function indicators, blood fats, and electrolyte levels would be very helpful in gaining a better understanding of your situation. After the test results, a physical examination should be performed again by your primary doctor.

In the meantime, I would suggest maintaining a light diet with soups, plenty of liquids, vegetables, and fruits. Taking Ibuprofen and vitamin C can help control body ache and fatigue. Once we have the results of the tests, we can develop a more targeted treatment plan.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
