Hi doctor,

I was treated for a secondary meniscus injury in the hospital for a year. I have pain outside the meniscus while squatting. I do not have pain in the quadriceps tendon. I have a history of pregnancy twice. How much time will it take to recover? Should I be concerned about the symptoms?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please provide more details about your symptoms. Since you have a history of meniscus injury, it recurs due to daily activities. Avoid ground-level activities like squatting and sitting in the crossed-legs position. Please follow up.
