Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have suicidal thoughts, a tendency to hurt myself, and do not feel any emotional or mental pain. I want to disappear so badly. I have been looking for accessible mental health consultations because they might help me, but I do not know anymore. I always have panic attacks, even in public places.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. It is tough to deal with it, but suicide is not the solution to it. You have panic attack disorder as well as cluster B personality disorder. It would help if you tried to follow the described lifestyle, and it will help you.

  1. You should exercise daily for 35 to 45 minutes.
  2. Do meditation to reduce your urge to hurt yourself and anxiety attacks.
  3. Do not stay alone and spend time with friends and family.
  4. Stay away from alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis.
  5. Eat healthy food.
  6. Spend time developing creative hobbies like reading books, painting, journaling, singing, listening to songs, etc

I also advise you to get these investigations done, such as complete blood count, thyroid profile, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3.

I hope that you get your answer.

Thank you.
