Misoprostol Side Effect

Misoprostol, a synthetic prostaglandin E1 analog, is taken to manage miscarriage and postpartum hemorrhage. The common side effects of this medication are nausea and vomiting. It can also cause fever, diarrhea, shiverings, and chills. Sometimes, abnormal heartbeat with chest pain occurs after taking this drug.
