I understand your concern and will surely help you. Most likely, you were ovulating near the start of this month with the last menstrual period (LMP) on middle of the previous month. So if it was unprotected intercourse, there is a likelihood of pregnancy. I suggest you do a urine pregnancy test with the first urine of the day tomorrow morning and do not drink too much fluid before the test. I also suggest you adhere to the guidelines for the timing part of it.

Further, if that is positive, I suggest you visit a local obstetrician and gynecologist to further manage your condition and not to take self-medication. If the test is negative, I will suggest medicines for a period; otherwise, it is not recommended.
