Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I got married two months back. My last period was a few days before my wedding. I missed my periods last month and did not get my period till now. My hCG pregnancy test is negative. Also, I have symptoms like headache, discomfort, tiredness, lower abdominal pain, fainting, and unable to eat anything. Kindly help me.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry. Kindly repeat the urine pregnancy test with the morning sample. If the results are negative, I suggest you get an ultrasound abdomen for diagnosis. In addition, I suggest you take one tablet Ondem-MD (Ondansetron) twice a day, 20 minutes before food. I hope this helps you.

Thank you and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
