I have had vomiting, tiredness, and giddiness for three days with abdominal cramps, missed periods, and breast tenderness.

As per your description, these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance or could be due to pregnancy.
Get your home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If it is negative, you can go for blood beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) level to rule out pregnancy.
You can take antiemetics and antacids for the same.
Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test, also.
