Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I went through the pictures (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). There are many reasons for the sore. And many types of treatment are available. So, first of all, let us begin with home remedies and simpler ones. Later inform me about the healing and growth then we will look into it further.

  1. Do warm water baking soda rinse thoroughly.
  2. Alum powder will also help. Powder the alum and apply to the sore. Rinse and wash it off after one to two minutes.
  3. Honey application is also helpful.
  4. If you can get Milk of Magnesia, apply it for few seconds daily and then rinse it off.
  5. Take Vitamin B Complex tablets.
  6. Eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water and home-prepared juice.
  7. Avoid very hot and spicy food.
  8. Tell me about your eating habits and if you have any habits of chewing anything.
  9. Are you taking any other medications?

Kindly revert with details.

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

I did not take any medications. I am not able to open mouth completely. I can have only liquid items. I will surely follow your advise. Can you suggest me the name of the Vitamin B Complex tablet? Also how many times a day should I take it? Will it cause weight gain? Please reply.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can take any B Complex tablets that you can manage to get nearby. I suggest 400 mcg once daily, preferably in the morning after breakfast. Take for ten days atleast. And revert with updates. Thanks.
