Lately, when I am climbing up rocks during a hike, my leg randomly gets spasms. I limp often and fall forward. I have recently had a seizure (after the leg issue started). I am 39 years old with no previous seizures. Please help.

Do you regularly hike? Do you exercise regularly? Did you do all investigations for your seizures? Your pain may be because of myalgia (muscle may be exhausted due to it) or some vitamin or mineral deficiency. You can take vitamin supplements like Vitamin E, Methyl Cobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Gamma Linolenic Acid, and minerals). It may also be due to anemia.
