Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am experiencing severe pain in my left arm. It goes away and then reappears and is getting worse over time. I took a tablet of Tylenol, but it did not help. Aside from that, I occasionally have numbness in my fingers. I am exhausted and nauseous. I am also suffering from terrible headaches.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Do not worry. It appears to be musculoskeletal (discomfort in the muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves) pain, which might be caused by improper sitting and sleeping positions. In addition, it might be related to a deficiency in vitamins and minerals. Regular walking and deep breathing exercises are also helpful. Avoid using a raised pillow. Take tablet Pan (pantoprazole) 40 mg once daily for seven days before food and tablet Zerodol TH 4 (Aceclofenac 100mg and Thiocolchicoside 4mg) twice a day for seven days. Take tablet Ostocalcium Plus (Calcium and Vitamin D3) twice a day for six weeks and tablet Trinerve LC (Levo-carnitine 500mg, Methylcobalamin 1500mcg, and Folic Acid 1.5mg) once daily for three weeks. Please send me a follow-up after seven days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
