Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I got in a fight four days back in which I got my nose hit and bleeding started along with pain in my neck and back. And I feel dizzy after waking up from a surface, but today there is no such significant pain, but sometimes dizziness is there. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. After thoroughly examining your symptoms, I have concluded that you have to answer some more questions because it is not clear enough to declare a diagnosis. Did you hit your head? Do you have a fever? Do you have nausea? Do you have double vision or blurry vision? Can you tell me which body parts were hit? A neurological examination should be carried out if symptoms persist. I suggest you drink a lot of fluids. Stay at home. Avoid heavy physical activity. Please, consider a follow-up and answer the following questions since this could be a cerebral concussion. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
