Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am an 18-year-old boy. I have been suffering from a severe mental disease for the past two months. My brain overthinks about all the negative things in this world. I have lost control over my brain. Every time I think about something, a sudden negative feeling comes. It has resulted in severe anxiety, and my heart feels like it will explode. When I am awake, it seems to be a dream. During my eight-hour sleep, too, my brain is showing all the possible bad things in dreams.

Kindly help.
