Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from nightfall and premature ejaculations during sleep. I have had premature ejaculations constantly for over 1.5 years. It is a kind of combination of wet dreams and ejaculations. They never stop. I know how to stop them naturally. I almost cured nightfall a year ago. However, my current situation does not allow me to, as I am studying and must be sitting. Hormonal imbalance equals nightfall. And hormones production equals stimulants. But stimulants equal extra energy or erection. If I eat dinner, I will have nightfall due to the imbalance. A Nocturnal emission can vary in strength depending on the hormone level. I need to know how to restore my hormones to normal, to the default level, and to cure nightfall. It seems that my hormones are unbalanced. I attribute premature emissions during sleep due to excessive masturbation.

One more additional piece of information about my experience last year. I worked as a merchandiser for a company and was stocking products, so the job required standing to move products around.

I work around 4 am and finish at about 4 pm. At that time, wet dreams dramatically reduced. I could not believe it. I felt the energy flowing as if my mind and body were becoming aligned. I understood things faster. I went from having nightfall every three days to 1 week. It was that point where I knew it had something to do with my hormones and body balance.

The situation is critical, and my energy is drained every day. I can barely move sometimes due to the emission of semen during sleep.

Please suggest any of the medications if you know.

I continue to undergo wet dreams nearly every night, influencing me in every aspect. Energy, focus, confidence, social life, and many other aspects. I need a medication that would regulate my hormones back to default or minimal and keep them in the normal range so that my body is in the optimum condition and is restored.

Thank you,

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

All your problems are not due to hormonal imbalance, and you do not need any tablet to keep you in control. It is all in your mind, not your body. When you were working last year, you did not have problems. That means if you were busy with some work, you would not have problems, but if you study, your mind will roam and pick up things that excite you, and you will masturbate excessively. You can control your mind with yoga, meditation, or exercise. You can even be involved in other activities like sports, indoor games, mobile games, painting, or anything which interests you. Do not go to social media applications, which can distract your mind more from sex and masturbation. Instead, do things you are passionate about, and in between studies, take breaks to do things that calm your mind.

Thank you.
