Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had a massage in a spa four months before. During that time, that girl was not completely naked but topless, and she massaged me with her breast and hugged me. I just touched and massaged her breast. Then she rubbed my penis near her vagina, but she was dressed on the bottom. She masturbated for me and also touched my anus with another hand (only the outside). The same happened a second time with a different girl. During this second time, my penis got in contact with her vagina, that too on top of it and slightly on tip of the breast for a few seconds. I touched her vagina’s top corner with my thumb (not inside only the outer part that too by mistake while moving my hands). Then I masturbated. But both times I did not have any kind of oral, vaginal, or anal sex and no blow jobs. I did not even kiss her and I do not have any symptoms so far. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and can understand your concern.

You mentioned there was no kind of sexual intercourse, either vaginal, anal, or oral. Are you afraid of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) transmission? In your case, there was no such contact that would cause transmission of the virus. Touching does not cause transmission and the only possible risk would be if body fluids from a person with HIV touch the mucous membranes or damaged tissue of someone without HIV. Mucous membranes are found inside the rectum, vagina, opening of the penis, and mouth. Damaged tissue could include cuts, sores, or open wounds. I hope you do not have any cuts or open sores around the penis during such contact.

Try to avoid such contacts in the upcoming time.

Please follow up if you have any further related queries about it.

Thanks and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

No, I do not have any cut there.

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I think you should not worry as there is no reliable history that could indicate virus transmission and try to avoid such exposure in the upcoming time.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I touched her vagina slightly and her breast had contact with my penis for a few seconds. Then I masturbated. That is where I got this fear. Do I have to worry about that?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I understood your worry and I also replied above that touching can cause transmission only if that lady has HIV-infected vaginal fluid (which you do not know, and you have to make an assumption only) and then touching with the same hand containing fluid on cuts or open sores on your penis while masturbation.

If this cycle is complete, and if the assumption is true then only transmission is possible. The damaged tissue is essential for virus transmission to occur. But you have mentioned that you do not have any such cuts or open sores on your penis which means no need to worry about it.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

If I had contact with the fluid on any part of my penis with a wound (as you mentioned), will cause the infection right? That too if that particular person has that infection right?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I have tried to explain and make you understand. If you still have doubts or are confused you should take a phone consultation so that I can guide you more clearly about it.

Thanks and take care.
