Normal Baby Growth

Infants grow about half to one inch in height every month and gain five to seven ounces of weight every week for the first six months. In the next six months, they grow about 3/8 inch every month and obtain three to five ounces every week. Baby's weight should be twice that of their birthweight after six months and thrice at the end of one year.
