Hello doctor,

I am a 36-year-old married male. A few months back, I went to a massage center. The lady who gave me the massage gave me unprotected oral sex, which was about one minute, and finally, she spat on my penis and gave handjob, and I ejaculated outside. After two days, I got a UTI and muscle pain in my upper back and shoulder. The doctor gave me antibiotics and some muscle relaxant medications. After taking this antibiotic for a week again, I took tablet Ciprofloxacin 500 mg, and after taking it for two days, during sleep, when I woke up, I had numbness in my hand fingers and tingling in my feet and hands. Again consulted the doctor, and he told me to consult a neurologist. I consulted a neurologist who told me to go for MRI. The MRI showed mild scoliosis. So he told me to take vitamins B1, B6, and B12, as I have been taking these for the last three weeks with no improvement.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

As you mentioned that symptoms come and go back. Now scoliosis is a process that takes a long time to develop. Whether this type of situation is there or not because of bone damage is scoliosis is not established in this short time. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

Take an injection of Renerve one ample IM per week for six weeks, followed by one injection monthly for six months.

HIV is not possible, so confirm it with the fourth-generation test.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

Is the massage dangerous? Can I acquire HIV because of such activities?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Getting a massage is not that risky; spitting has the least chance of HIV, as saliva has the least percentage of HIV.

Hello doctor,

It was mixed with one minute of unprotected oral sex followed by spitting and hand job.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Oral sex may cause HSV and not HIV. So the chances of STD are there, but it is negative. But still, the chances of HIV are the least.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Hello doctor,

I am attaching my reports. Kindly go through my reports.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I reviewed your reports (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). Your SGPT is very high, which means good cholesterol is low, and LDL is very high. You have to consult a general physician. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Diet must be almost blended with the least oil and spices.
  2. Brisk walk for 20 minutes in the morning and evening.
  3. Eat soaked almonds.
  4. Drink coconut water and buttermilk.
  5. Avoid alcohol.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
