Hello doctor,
I have numbness in my face and tongue, severe leg pain that impairs my walking ability, burning in my right knee upon touch, throbbing in my eyes, pain in my right arm, tingling in fingers and toes, and constant dull headache in the last two weeks. In the past, a lesion was found in the brain. The symptoms have been on and off for several years.

From the symptoms you mentioned, I suggest it could be multiple sclerosis (MS). Have you performed an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) of the brain? Please send me a copy of the report to confirm the diagnosis. MS is a disease in which the immune system attacks the nervous system causing different neurological symptoms.
