Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 20-years-old male. I am weak and thin (I also have bleeding piles). The day before yesterday, my elder sibling punched me several times on my below back neck region around the upper spine portion. After receiving beatings, I was numb (like I did not feel anything for five minutes). At the same time, I had bleeding piles. He also scratched me, and my right hand was swollen at night when I checked. I think he might have also hit me with his elbow. There were several hard punches (I was standing with my head down). After that, I slept for ten minutes. But I was wondering how much will my body fix now. I want to fix piles, bleeding scratches, spine issues, swollen right hands, mosquito bites, and several other injuries. He has bet me even before this incident and in the same way. It pains a lot now. How can I recover from this, and how long will it take for me to recover?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your situation and will surely help you. I fear your traumas are more severe than you might think. So please, see a proctologist to check your piles and the rectum. Bleedings out of the anus are always alarming, and I want you to be checked as an emergency case. The same is true for your spine, neck, etc. It would help if you had an X-ray to rule out cracks, splits, dislocated discs, etc.

Thank you.

The Probable causes

Abuse and violence within a family.

Investigations to be done

Get it touch with a local help organization for abused people.

Differential diagnosis

Various possible damages due to violence and physical trauma.

Probable diagnosis

1. Various physical trauma. 2. Stockholm syndrome.

Treatment plan

See a proctologist as an emergency patient because of anal bleeding of unclear source. 2. X-ray of the entire spine as a medical emergency.

Preventive measures

Move out of this place immediately. Stay with a friend. Your brother is a highly dangerous individual.
