Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have anxiety, which affects my daily living. I overthink everything, and this makes me sad. What medications can I take without a prescription? Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I suggest you take any antihistamine tablets like Cetrizine or Loratadine, and you do not need a prescription for that. I also suggest you consult a psychiatrist for a proper evaluation and follow the instructions mentioned below:

1. Sleep atleast seven to eight hours a day.

2. Avoid junk foods and eat a healthy homemade food.

3. Do exercises for 30 to 40 minutes, and meditation for 15 minutes daily.

4. Indulge yourself in activitie like reading books, writing, painting, or any other activities which you like.

5. Spend time with family and friends.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
