Hello doctor,

I am 26 years old with a weight of 78 kg with no health issues. I tried losing weight for the complaint of my irregular periods. It worked for only a month, after which I faced the same problem. Also, I feel that the left side of my body has more fat when compared to the right side, because of which I cannot exercise properly. I tried going to the gym but could not continue as I had pain in my legs. I do not eat much, but still, I look plump.

Kindly help me.

I understand your concern. There can be multiple reasons for excess weight. Try to be positive and healthy. I suggest you make simple lifestyle changes like walking regularly to the nearest grocery shop to buy necessities and carrying two to three kg (kilograms) of provisions back home. Walking has to become a part of life.
