Pain In Eyes

Sudden sharp pain in the eyes may occur due to various causes and conditions either in one or both the eyes. Pink eye or conjunctivitis, stye, infection, dirty contact lenses, allergic reactions, and increase in eye pressure are the commonly and frequently encountered conditions that can cause pain in the eyes. Rest, warm compress, flushing or clearing our debris from the eyes, antibiotics, eye drops, and corticosteroids are recommended to relieve eye pain based on the underlying causes.
