Patient's Query

Hello doctor

I had oral sex with my partner four days back, and since then, I have been having pain in the tip of my penis. I was getting a tingling sensation for two days, and for the past two days, I have been getting a yellowish discharge and heavy irritation while passing urine. My symptoms suggest that I could have been infected with gonorrhea. Should I visit a doctor or take antibiotics first and then visit a doctor. Please suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry, and take plenty of water daily.

I suggest the following tablets for three days,

  • Syrup Citralka (Disodium Hydrogen Citrate) -15 ml - three times a day.
  • Tablet Zathrin (Azithromycin) 500 mg -1 tablet per day.
  • Tablet Zerodol SP (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase) - 1 tablet twice a day.

Do STD (sexually transmitted disease) panel test and send me the report.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
