Hi doctor,
I have been feeling a little pain in my penis for about three weeks. It does not hurt too bad now, but I am afraid it will get worse. It is a dull pain inside my penis close to my testicle on the right side. I am thinking it might be soreness. I have not had sex, but I do masturbate. I was hoping you can let me know what is going on?

I can understand your concern. It may be due to a natural cremasteric reflex. Masturbating in excess for more than four times a day can also cause this. Heavy exercise may also be one of the reasons. Avoid lifting heavyweight, wear a supporter while working out, and get an ultrasound of the inguinoscrotal region done. Please do follow up once you do the above-mentioned.
