Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 32 years old. I had sex in my life twice. I masturbated 1 to 3 times a day. Sometimes the penis shape changes. Now I feel pain and have some scars on the head of my penis and around the skin below the head of it. The pain sometimes goes and comes back after 2 to 3 hours.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. You can have a sexual-related issue in the future like erectile dysfunction. You need to change over to hand penis masturbation. It will be difficult for a few months but no other option you should change over. You can do it yourself 3 times a week or you can get help from your partner to help you with penis masturbation. You can stop masturbation for one month and try hand-penis masturbation. It will take 2 to 3 months for complete recovery.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you
