Q. Can pain and bleeding while passing stools occur due to a lump near the anus?

I am a 22-year-old male and my weight is 75 kilograms. I am having pain while passing stools for the last one month and in the last 30 days, two to three times there was blood. When I checked I found a mole or lump type of thing just beside my anus. Please help me.
