I have difficulty passing urine along with pain in the bladder.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms are not elaborate. Still, I can make two diagnoses: either you have a urinary tract infection or a urinary bladder stone. If the pain is colicky, you can have Drotaverine 40 mg three times a day, along with Aceclofenac 50 mg. It will relieve pain and spasmodic contractions, if any. First, however, I suggest you have an X-ray of the abdomen (KUB) region PA view to rule out the possibility of stone. Also, get a urine routine and culture done for the possibility of UTI (urinary tract infection). If you have an infection, we have to start antibiotics, and in the case of stone, an alpha blocker like Tamsulosin might help. Drink lots of water as a preventive measure.

Kindly revert after the investigations so that further treatment plans can be devised.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
