Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have pain before and after ejaculation. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Such pain can be due to inflammation of seminal vesicles or the prostate. This will require about one month of treatment. I suggest you get a urine routine and sonography of KUB (the kidneys, ureters, and urinary bladder) done. I suggest you take a tablet of Ofloxacin 400 mg once daily for 10 days, a tablet of Enzoflam (Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase) twice daily after meals for seven days, a tablet of Pantocid (pantoprazole) 40 mg once daily for seven days, and tablet Veltam (Tamsulosin hydrochloride ) 0.4 mg once daily for 10. days. Kindly revert and get back after 10 days. Also, send me the reports.

Thank you.
