Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 18-year-old female. My height is 5 feet 5 inches, and my weight is 149 lbs. Sometimes, I feel suffocated, my left arm feels numb, and my heart feels weird even though my blood pressure and heart rate are normal. Currently, I am using tablet Sumatriptan for migraine. Are my symptoms because of anxiety?

Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You had an anxiety attack. I suggest the below treatment plan:

  • Tablet Escitalopram 10 mg at night.
  • Tablet Duloxetine 20 mg in the morning.

There is nothing to worry about, and you will be completely fine after using these medications.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
