Is it a problem to have a partially retracting foreskin if the urination and masturbation are normal?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have never pulled back my foreskin completely. I can pull it until half of the head of the penis and the upper side (the upper half visible directly from my eye) are free, but the downside looks like the foreskin is attached to the penis. But I can pee straight without any problem. Likewise, I have masturbated without any problem. Is it normal, or should I try to pull it back completely so that the whole head will be visible?

Hello

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. According to your symptom, you may be suffering from phimosis. There is nothing to worry about. If there is pain, I suggest,

  • Ointment Lobate GM Neo (Clobetasol, Miconazole, and Neomycin) for local application.
  • Tablet Zerodol P (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol).

Kindly share pictures of the erect penis so I can help you with the diagnosis. I also recommend checking for blood sugar. If phimosis is confirmed, you need to plan for circumcision for a complete cure.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
