Hello doctor,

I have had irregular periods for more than three years. I have used tablet Oral L for the complaint of irregular periods. Also, I have weight gain for which I am taking senna leaves drink and capsules. Kindly advise a treatment for my complaints.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help. I suggest the below treatment plan for three months:

  • Tablet Amycordial thrice a day.
  • Tablet Amree plus twice a day.

I also suggest doing perineal and pelvic exercises, yoga and pranayama, and walking regularly. Also, avoid oily, spicy, non-vegetarian foods and rice for a few months. Instead, prefer more fruits and salads in your diet.
