Hi doctor,
During masturbation, I can maintain my erection firm enough for sex but it is not hard as before. I have done a bit of penile stretching. Could this cause problem? How can I know if I have damaged the penile tissues and ligaments? I do not have penile numbness. Please suggest.

I understand your concern. If you have injured your penis, then you can have pain during masturbation, urination, and during erection. If you are worried, you can do a doppler study of penis.

If it is due to a nerve issue or a physiological issue, then you will not have pain. If there is pain, it can be related to blood vessels. You can take mild PDE5 (phosphodiesterase 5) drug Tadalafil 5 mg and check for a response. If it goes well without issues, then it can be physiological. You can do some investigations to know the cause. You can do a doppler study, TFT (thyroid function test), RBS (random blood sugar), and ultrasound scrotum.
