Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 21-year-old male. My weight is 115 pounds, and my height is around 5 feet and 7 inches. Recently, I got my penis injured accidentally. I also noticed that I lost the ability to erect after the injury to the penis. I am very concerned that it will be permanent. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I really do not think that there will be permanent physical damage. However, if you want to be absolutely sure, I suggest you should see a local urologist in person for a doppler sonography. That is an ultrasound device (no radiation) with which we, as urologists, can have a look inside your body, in your case, inside your penis. With the Doppler effect, we can also see blood vessels and blood flow.

I hope you understand.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
