They appear as skin-colored papules too. They are harmless, benign, painless, and non-itchy in nature. Pearly penile papules have misjudged an STD like genital warts, but genital warts are larger in size than pearly penile papules, and they appear as cauliflower-shaped and can occur in areas other than corona of glans, like penis, scrotum, or anus. Genital warts are also painless, like pearly penile papules, but they become itchy as well as inflamed and even can bleed.
