Hi doctor,
For nine days, I have had an issue with my penis. Suddenly one day, the tip of my penile foreskin looked reddish, and my foreskin was tight, unable to pull back. Sometimes it discharges white color material automatically and there is sometimes itching inside the penis. I think it was some infection. Please give me a proper prescription for any antibiotic tablet or cream to solve this issue.

This is an infection, and a combination of antibiotic and antifungal creams are required. You can clean the white material using normal saline. You can get it from the pharmacy and use Fucidin (Sodium Fusidate) in addition to Canesten (Clotrimazole) cream twice daily for two weeks. After treating this infection, if you still cannot retract the foreskin, please get back to me. I will prescribe a cream to treat it. As of now, treating phimosis is not possible with the infection there.

I advise you to use, antibiotic cream Fucidin (Sodium Fusidate), and antifungal cream Canesten (Clotrimazole). There is no need for tablets. About foreskin, we cannot predict the possibility now. After treatment, if you still cannot pull back, I will give you another cream for it.
