Is a real tissue implant for penis enlargement a good surgical option, and does it have long-term health considerations?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am seeking a urologist's opinion for penis enlargement procedures. There are various procedures, from injections to fat or real tissue implant options. The option that I am considering is a real tissue implant. What I am looking for is a doctor's opinion on that type of procedure and long-term health considerations.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You provided great updates, and as penile bulking is concerned, I managed many patients who got oil as a filler, and the results were devastating as they required complete penile skin excision and new skin grafting. On the other hand, non-reactive substances such as allografts of fat or soft tissues and silicone had no complaints. The penile girth will increase, but it will remain soft as all bulking procedures will target the layer outer to tunica albuginea (outside the corpora). It will cause no harm, actually, but I got some patients complaining of reduced sensation over the penile skin. Pros and cons are there, but the best result is with allografts as it creates less reaction hence less fibrosis.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
