Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am getting morning erection and normal erection when I make love. But, I am losing the erection the moment I retract the foreskin to penetrate. I am able to watch porn and masturbate with ejaculation. My general masturbation technique is to rub the head along with the foreskin. What could be the problem here?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Apparently, this is the condition created as you are too conscious while making love. You have sustained erections otherwise as well as ejaculation. This means you have no organic problem related to erection or ejaculation. So, this needs to be sorted out by counseling first. First of all, stop frequent masturbating. This might cause problems in performance while making sex. Next, stop thinking too much about sex as well as do not put excessive tension over yourself regarding sex act. This is called performance anxiety, which could cause defective erection. Finally, do not try to put your penis inside as soon as you get the erection. Try to spend more time in foreplay. Also, do not retract the foreskin beforehand by yourself. It will automatically go back as soon as you will start pushing. Medicines are there like Viagra (Sildenafil), which has to be taken half an hour prior to sex. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and take the medicine with consent. Try for the above techniques first. I think you will be benefitted by them and will not need medicine.
