Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My penis skin has become too tight and it is difficult to revert it. Can you please provide me a solution for this?

Answered by Dr. Manjunadh M

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Phimosis means tight foreskin. In this condition, the foreskin may not be moving freely. There are two ways to treat it, one is medical and other is surgical. I will suggest the medical treatment.

I suggest you pull down the foreskin as much as possible and apply Betamethasone cream on the inner side of foreskin where it is tightly attached. Do it three times daily for the next two to three months. Betamethasone will help loosen the skin.

Also, do daily stretching exercises of the foreskin, that is stretch forward the foreskin for 30 seconds and then stretch downward for 30 seconds. Do it daily for five minutes.
