It is painful to pull my foreskin back during an erection. Please help.

Thanks for joining us again. It may result from Phimosis or Paraphimosis. Phimosis happens when the foreskin tightens so much that it is too tight to pull back. It can develop painful symptoms. Apply steroids like Hydrocortisone cream to the foreskin daily and take painkillers like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, etc., to subside the pain. Paraphimosis is a condition in which people cannot pull the foreskin forward over the penis tip, associated with pain in the penis, and swelling in the penis' tip. Reducing the swelling at the tip of the penis either by little incision or circumcision is the treatment of choice here.
