You can apply Adapalene like Adaferin gel at night after face wash. There may be slight irritation or peeling, but you will gradually get used to it.
Apply a Clindamycin gel like Clindac-A gel in the morning.
Observe for a few weeks. Observe if acne increases with a fatty or high carbohydrate diet. If so, then decrease them in your diet. If acne worsens or does not improve then consult your dermatologist for further examination and management.
