Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 36 years old. I got large pores and many pimple spots on my face. Currently, I am using AHA glow face wash and Aqua oats moisturizer cream. But my face is getting very oily. If I am not using it, then it becomes very dry. At night, I am using Botanica 3D serum and Dervia CMS on my pimples. Please suggest a good day and night cream as well.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Are there inflammatory papules, pus-filled lesions, or painful nodulocystic pimples, or active lesions? Do you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks, melasma, or dark patches? Wash your face twice daily in the morning and night with Cetaphil cleanser (for dry skin). Attach the picture to assess acne grade/type as treatment depends on that.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

It is post inflammatory marks.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Apply Aziderm 10 percent cream at day time for 15 days (on dark spots or marks), Kojic cream at night for 20 days (on dark spots/marks), Ahaglow face wash twice daily for 20 days (in the morning and night). You can use Acne D face wash twice daily for 20 days (for oily skin type). Use Photostable sunscreen daily at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM for 20 days. Avoid scratching or rubbing lesions, and avoid popping or picking pimples as it can cause deep scars and pigmentation marks. Moisturize skin daily with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion or Skin first moisturizing lotion immediately after bath to maintain skin hydration and smooth skin. Take tablet Limcee 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days. Increase fruits rich in vitamin C like oranges, lime, avocado, berries, etc. Drink carrot juice and lots of water and stay hydrated. Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outdoors. Moisturize skin daily. Use mild soap like Dove, Pears, or Cetaphil soap for bath. You can use Kojic soap for 20 days.
