Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 19-year-old female. I got one pimple on my face. I tried to break it, and it resulted in a big wound with more puss coming out. I have five to six pimples on my face now. Now I am under homeopathic medication. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

A better assessment can be done if you share the following information. Are they painful lesions? Are they nodulocystic pimples? Do they look like boils? Do you have any scars? Kindly reply, and please attach a clinical picture for proper assessment.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you take Tablet Zifi (Cefixime) 200 mg twice daily after food for five days. Apply Fucidin (Fusidic acid) cream twice daily in the morning and night for ten days. Apply Mupirocin ointment in the evening or Nadibact (Nadifloxacin) cream in the evening for ten days. Take Tablet Emanzen D (Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase) twice daily for three days (if the lesion is painful). Azac (Azelaic Acid) acid for bathing for two months. Clean the lesions with povidone-iodine or cotton or gauze piece and then apply Fucidin cream. Avoid scratching and rubbing of the lesion. Avoid pricking as it causes secondary bacterial infection and deep scars. Maintain proper hygiene. I also suggest doing HSV (herpes simplex virus) 1 IgM (immunoglobulin M) or IgG (Immunoglobulin G) test. Kindly follow up after seven days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
