Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am diabetic, not married, and have improper ejaculation. I have had diabetes for four years and ejaculation problems for six months. What should I do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Please elaborate on your problem.

  1. What is your current HbA1c level?
  2. Have you taken any medicines?
  3. Any regular alcohol intake?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I did not get the HbA1c test done recently. I do not drink alcohol and I am taking tablet Vogs-GM 2 for diabetes.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Please get an HbA1c test done to rule out any improper control of sugar. Drugs like Dapoxetine and Sildenafil can be used on an SOS (if necessary) basis to improve erection and ejaculation time. You can take the drugs when needed. Herbal supplements like Arginine or Yohimbine can be used regularly to improve stamina and libido. For improvement of libido, you have to maintain your blood sugar levels and also your weight. If your blood sugar levels are controlled, you will definitely see improvement in your libido.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
