Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I suffer from weak erections and would like to achieve stronger erections. I have done a little research on some of the medicines.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your queries. I would like to ask you a few questions. Do you have diabetes, other comorbidities like heart disease or high BP, morning erection, erection while watching pornography, or early ejaculation? You may have ED (erectile dysfunction). But to reach a diagnosis, we will need a few investigations reports too. Please undergo some investigations, which include USG (ultrasound) Doppler study of penis, FBS (fasting blood sugar), and HbA1c (glycated hemoglobin). You need clinical examination too. Hence you can contact your local urologist and get treated. Otherwise, you can get back with these reports and detailed history.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I do not have morning erections but they seem weak like if I had more blood flow it would be better for me. I do not suffer from diabetes or anything of that nature. But I would really like to get help improving the erection quality.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can try Tadalafil 10 mg (30 minutes before sexual intercourse). Use it only when it is required. You need to do foreplay for this drug to act. Please undergo the investigations I mentioned, and contact your local urologist for clinical examination and further treatment.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
