Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I suffer from premature ejaculation and poor erection. While intercourse the semen has ejaculated within seconds. I have advised to take Nanoleo, Ultra D3 and Uphold for the night and Spem cure and Ultra D3 for the morning. While taking night set of pills, I woke up at midnight with heavy sweating, nervousness, and indigestion. Then I stopped all the pills. Please advise me can I continue with the pills or go for other treatments? I had a semen test and it has 60 million with 30 % motile.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Take tablet Uphold (Tadalafil and Dapoxetine) one hour before intercourse. Do not take it on regular basis. It is for erectile dysfunction. Take tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg one hour before the intercourse. It is for PME (premature ejaculation). Nanoleo is ayurvedic preparation, commonly prescribed for low sexual desire patient. So no need of it. Ultra D3 is Calcium tablets. You can take it if you want. Sperm cure (Coenzyme Q10, Lycopene, etc.) is also not needed daily. Take a healthy diet. Do regular exercise. Do you have any anxiety or depressive symptoms? Review after 15 days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
