Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

For the past eight days, I have been having weak or no erections, even during the morning. I was traveling for the last 10 days and consumed two to three beers daily, which is not usual for me. Additionally, I mildly injured my left testicle during sexual activity, which caused slight swelling and weak urine flow for two days. I also suffered from digestive discomfort and took medication for it. However, I have not consumed any alcohol for the last five to six days and have returned home to my normal routine and diet. Although my testicles do not have any soreness, and my urine flow has returned to normal, I am still facing the issue of erectile dysfunction. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. Could this issue be temporary or permanent?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. I have a few questions for you. Are you diabetic or hypertensive? Are you married or have a regular partner? How would you rate your erections on a scale of 1 to 10? Are your early morning erections preserved? Do you smoke? Do you have any trouble with your ejaculation? How is your urine flow now? Do you have to strain to pee?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Please find the answers to your questions: I am not diabetic or hypertensive. I am sexually active but do not have a regular partner. Before this issue, I would rate my erections as 10. Now I would rate it as a 3. I am getting early morning erections but they are very weak and not what like they used to be 10 to 15 days back. Urine flow is fine now. I do not have to strain when I pee.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you to follow a few instructions; Get routine urine tests, culture, and sensitivity done. Get semen culture and sensitivity, fasting glucose, and lipid profile tests done. Take a tablet of Tadafil 5 mg for one month every night (before dinner) regardless of whether you are going to be sexually active that night. Take tablet Cranpac D twice daily and tablet Econorm 250 mg twice daily for one month.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
