Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My friend is 37 years old and has a fear of marriage. He was not sexually active for a long time. It has resulted in a delayed erection. Recently, he tried and ejaculated only for two to three minutes. He does not feel like a man enough, and he is in fear that he cannot satisfy a woman. Is there anything helpful? Any natural food, drinks or fruit that can help? He wants to feel like a man again.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If he is getting a good erection but, ejaculating only for two to three minutes means that he is anxious. It is the reason for poor erection. If his erection is healthy, then there is nothing serious. Drugs like Dapoxetine can be tried to make ejaculation time longer. With experience, his time will improve on its own.
