What should a patient do if his penis fails to remain erect during insertion despite taking the tablet Tedaflo for 15 days?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I do not feel excited during a physical relationship. I do not experience any tension in my penis when I insert it into my partner's vagina. The penis becomes erect for some time, but I cannot insert it into the vagina. I have taken the tablet Tedaflo 5 mg for 15 days and have undergone the complete blood count (CBC) test. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you take the capsule Semento (Tribulus Terrestris, Mucuna puriens, Anacyclus pyrethrum, and Withania somnifera) two times a day, the ayurvedic syrup Ashwagandharishta 15 ml three times a day, and Musali Pak (Safed Musli, Ashwagandha, Shatawar, Akarkara, Jaiphal, Kunch Bheej, and Makardhwaj) twice a day for three months (consult a specialist doctor, talk with him or her, and take medications with their consent). Avoid all sexual activities, including masturbation, for a few weeks to rejuvenate your urogenital system. Do perineal and pelvic exercise regularly, and go for walks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
